Who we are

This website is run by Toby Cole trading as Handled, 387 Burnley Road, Cliviger, Lancashire. We are the controller of the personal information described here. You can reach us at handledtc@outlook.com.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us. If you use the “Book a free call” form, it opens your own email app with a message addressed to us containing:

Nothing is sent until you press send in your email app. The form itself does not store anything on this website.

Like any website, our hosting provider keeps short-lived technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to keep the site running and secure.

How we use it

We never sell your information, and we don’t use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the services we need to operate: our email provider, which holds our correspondence with you, and our website hosting provider. Both act on our instructions. Where either stores data outside the UK, we rely on the legal safeguards the UK recognises for international transfers.

How long we keep it

If an enquiry doesn’t lead to working together, we delete it within 12 months. If you become a client, we keep records for as long as we work together and for as long afterwards as the law requires (for example, for tax records).

Cookies

This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking of any kind, so there is nothing to accept or decline. If that ever changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before setting anything that isn’t strictly necessary.

Our clients’ customers

When we build and run booking websites or an AI caller for a business, that business decides what happens to its customers’ information and we handle it on their behalf. The details are set out in our agreement with each client.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Email handledtc@outlook.com and we’ll respond within one month.

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. We’d appreciate the chance to put it right first.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
