About these terms
These terms apply to your use of this website. It is run by Toby Cole trading as Handled, 387 Burnley Road, Cliviger, Lancashire. By using the site, you agree to them. They don’t cover the services we provide to clients, which are set out in a separate written agreement.
Our services and prices
This website describes what we offer. Nothing on it is a binding offer. Any work we do is agreed in writing first, including the price, what’s included and the notice period.
Prices are in pounds sterling. If VAT applies, it will be shown on your quote. The founding setup price is available to our first five clients only, and we may withdraw it at any time before an agreement is signed.
Using this website
- Please don’t misuse the site: no attempts to break it, overload it, gain access to it without permission, or introduce anything harmful.
- We try to keep the site available and accurate, but we can’t promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
- We may change or remove any part of the site at any time.
Our brand and content
The Handled name, logo, design and all content on this site belong to us. You’re welcome to share links to it, but please don’t copy or reuse our content or branding without asking first.
Links to other websites
Where we link to other sites, such as Instagram, we don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content.
Our responsibility to you
We aren’t responsible for any loss that comes from relying on general information on this website. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

The law that applies
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
